Prenatal compatibility.
Thirsty Mama is designed to complement most prenatal supplements and formulated within pregnancy-safe limits. If you’re unsure about your specific prenatal or have individual health considerations, please consult your healthcare provider before use.
Children & daily limits.
Formulated with gentle, pregnancy-safe minerals and vitamins, Thirsty Mama may be suitable for children aged 1 year and above (maximum 1 sachet daily). Always consult your pediatrician before introducing any supplement to a child’s diet. Formi Pte Ltd is not liable for any adverse effects resulting from individual sensitivities or misuse.
Product use and storage.
Store in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight and heat. We are not responsible for damage, spoilage, or adverse effects resulting from improper storage, use beyond expiry, or use contrary to the directions provided on the packaging or website.
Best consumed before the date indicated on the packaging.
13. Shipping, Returns & Refunds
All sales are final once payment has been processed.
Due to the consumable nature of our products, Formi Pte Ltd does not accept returns or refunds for change of mind, incorrect purchases, or opened packages.
We do not accept returns or exchanges for opened consumable products due to hygiene and safety reasons.
We will only accept return or refund requests for damaged, defective, or incorrect goods that are unopened and reported within 48 hours of receipt.
Customers must email hello@itsformi.com with clear photos and order details for review.
Approved refunds or replacements will be issued at our discretion.
Shipping fees are non-refundable, and we are not liable for any loss, damage, or delay caused by third-party couriers or customs processes.

14. International Orders
We ship to selected countries outside Singapore using third-party logistics partners such as Easyship, which allows customers to select their preferred courier service.
Once an order leaves our facility, we are not liable for loss, delay, or damage during transit. All international shipments are at the customer’s risk once handed over to the courier.
Duties & Taxes.
International orders may be subject to import duties, taxes, and fees levied by the destination country. These charges are not included in our prices or shipping fees and are the customer’s responsibility. We have no control over these charges and cannot predict their amount.
Customs Clearance & Delays.
You are considered the importer of record and must comply with all laws and regulations of the destination country. Customs inspections may cause delivery delays. We are not liable for delays caused by customs or carriers, or for shipments refused or returned due to unpaid duties/taxes or regulatory issues.
Address Accuracy & Refusals.
Please ensure your shipping address is complete and accurate. If a parcel is returned due to an incorrect address, refusal, or failure to pay duties/taxes, we may refund the product price less shipping, handling, and any return fees charged by carriers (where applicable and if the product is unopened/eligible).
Restricted Products / Territories.
Certain products may not be available in some countries due to local regulations. We reserve the right to cancel and refund any order that cannot be shipped legally to a destination.
Currency & Pricing.
All transactions are processed in Singapore Dollars (SGD) unless otherwise stated. Your bank or card issuer may apply exchange rates or fees; we are not responsible for such charges.
