Returns & Refunds Policy

At Formi Pte Ltd, we take great care in ensuring that every product leaving our facility meets our quality and safety standards. Due to the consumable nature of our products, we maintain a strict no-refund and no-return policy, except in the case of damaged or defective goods.

1. No Refunds or Returns for Consumables

All sales are final once payment has been processed.

We do not accept returns or refunds for:

  • Change of mind, incorrect purchase, or personal dislike of taste or texture
  • Opened or partially used products, due to hygiene and safety reasons
  • Products damaged by improper storage, handling, or use beyond their expiry date

We also do not issue refunds for items lost, delayed, or damaged by third-party couriers once the parcel has left our facility.

2. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us at hello@itsformi.com within 48 hours of receiving your parcel.

Please include:

  • Your order number
  • A clear description of the issue
  • Photos of the product(s) and packaging

Our team will review your request and respond within 3–5 business days.

If approved, we may offer a replacement or refund (at our discretion).

All returned products must remain unopened, unused, and in their original packaging to qualify for any replacement or refund.

3. Shipping Fees & Handling Costs

Shipping fees are non-refundable, including original and return shipping charges.

If a return is approved, the customer is responsible for all return shipping costs unless otherwise agreed in writing by Formi Pte Ltd.

4. Lost, Delayed, or Damaged Parcels

Once an order leaves our facility, Formi Pte Ltd is not liable for any delays, loss, or damage caused by third-party couriers or customs authorities.

If your parcel is delayed, missing, or damaged in transit, please contact the courier directly for resolution.

For international shipments, please note that transit times, customs delays, and duties/taxes vary by country and are outside our control.

5. International Orders

We ship internationally through third-party logistics partners such as Easyship, allowing customers to choose their preferred courier service.

All international orders are shipped at the customer’s risk once handed to the courier.

Duties & Taxes.

Import duties, taxes, and customs fees are determined by your destination country and are not included in our prices or shipping fees. These costs are the customer’s responsibility.

Address Accuracy.

Please ensure that your shipping address is correct and complete.

If a parcel is returned to us due to an incomplete or incorrect address, refusal to accept delivery, or unpaid customs fees, we may refund the product price less shipping, handling, and return costs — only if the product is unopened and eligible.

6. Refund Processing

If your refund is approved, it will be processed to your original method of payment within 10–20 business days.

Please note that processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.

7. Product Storage & Safety

All Formi products should be stored in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight and heat.

We are not responsible for damage, spoilage, or adverse effects resulting from improper storage, use beyond expiry, or use contrary to the directions provided on the packaging or website.
