Thank you for shopping with Formi Pte Ltd. We’re committed to getting your order to you as quickly and safely as possible.

Please take a moment to review our shipping policy before placing your order.

1. Domestic (Singapore) Orders

All Singapore orders are fulfilled by our trusted logistics partners.

Orders are typically processed and dispatched within 1–2 business days and delivered within 3–5 business days after dispatch.

You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details once your order has been shipped.

Please note:

Delivery times are estimates only and may vary during peak seasons, holidays, or due to courier delays.

Formi Pte Ltd is not liable for any loss, delay, or damage once the parcel has been collected by the courier.

2. International Orders

We ship to selected countries outside Singapore using third-party logistics providers such as Easyship, which allows customers to select their preferred courier service at checkout.

Delivery times, costs, and customs processes will vary depending on the courier and destination selected.

Once an order leaves our facility, Formi Pte Ltd is not responsible for delays, loss, or damage in transit.

All international shipments are at the customer’s risk once handed to the courier.

Duties & Taxes.

International orders may be subject to import duties, taxes, or customs fees imposed by the destination country.

These costs are not included in our product or shipping prices and are the customer’s responsibility.

Customs Clearance.

Customs inspections may delay delivery. Formi Pte Ltd is not liable for customs delays, refusals, or returns caused by unpaid duties or regulatory restrictions.

3. Address Accuracy & Delivery Issues

Please ensure your shipping address is complete and accurate before placing your order.

Formi Pte Ltd is not responsible for lost or delayed orders caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses entered at checkout.

If your parcel is returned to sender due to:

  • An incorrect or incomplete address, or
  • Failure to collect your parcel from the post office or courier depot

We can issue a refund less the original shipping cost and any return or handling fees charged by the courier.

We are unable to reroute parcels once they have been dispatched.

4. Risk of Loss & Damage

Once your order has been dispatched from our warehouse, ownership and risk transfer to you.

Formi Pte Ltd is not responsible for:

  • Lost, stolen, or damaged parcels after dispatch
  • Delays caused by couriers, customs, or other third parties

We will, however, assist you in contacting the courier and will do our best to help you recover your parcel.

5. Undeliverable or Returned Parcels

If a parcel is returned to us as undeliverable due to incorrect address details, refusal of delivery, or uncollected items, we will:

  • Refund the product price less shipping, handling, and return costs (if the product is unopened and in sellable condition); or
  • Arrange a re-delivery with applicable re-shipping fees.

Returned parcels cannot be re-routed once they have arrived back at our warehouse.

6. Damaged or Missing Items

If your order arrives damaged or incomplete, please contact hello@itsformi.com within 48 hours of receiving your parcel.

Include your order number, photos of the issue, and a short description so our team can assist promptly.
