My first Formi order was 13 January and I haven’t looked back since. I LOVE Citrus and so does my 2 year old! She calls it iJooz and prefers it to the actual iJooz 😂 have tried to new flavours and in love with Apple. I have a full stock at home, can’t live without it. I also tried other electrolytes but nothing compares honestly.

Glad I found this product. It helped me so much with my pregnancy nausea. Plus, it gave me daily energy too. Thank God for products like this.

I never realised the difference a good electrolyte could make. I feel truly sated and hydrated. I am trying to conceive and wanted an option that was naturally sweetened and safe in my journey. Both flavours taste incredible! I love adding a spoon full of chia seeds and a sachet of formi to my water bottle in the morning.

The berry flavour is unique reminds me accurately of glaceau vitamin c water as another reviewer put it. It was helpful to me, the previous reviews, while deciding on a flavour. Design wise the packets are easy to tear, however one has to wiggle out all the powder in the packet as not to waste any powder. That’s a bit of a design issue. Excited to try the citrus flavour soon!

It’s been a week since I started taking Thirsty Mama and I’m honestly loving it. I work shifts, and during night shifts I usually get really thirsty and dehydrated. Ever since I started taking it, I’ve noticed such a difference.

Pumping at work and then coming home to breastfeed my little one can be quite challenging, especially because I get so thirsty 😅 But Thirsty Mama has been so helpful and refreshing.

I have one sachet before dawn to hydrate for the day and it really works! Then I sip a second sachet in the evening to help with hydration it’s been a lifesaver this Ramadan. Sweet with a little sour kick it’s so good

Best tasting electrolytes and I love how gentle they are! My grandma barely drinks ANY water prior to thirsty mama and this has helped her so so much. We now keep sachets on the table next to where she sits so she can use them daily. Has helped her bowel movements and kept her hydrated without having to pee so much. The whole family drinks it!

I’m still breastfeeding my 15-month-old, so staying hydrated is super important—especially since I’m constantly on the go. Formi really helps me increase my fluid intake, which in turn helps me provide my little one with an adequate breast milk supply.

Started on thirsty mama 10 weeks postpartum and have incorporated it daily. Finally an electrolyte drink made for mamas that I can confidently take knowing it doesn’t have any nasties and is safe while breastfeeding.

Flavour wise, both are good but I do prefer citrus sunburst.

Just finished my first box and waiting patiently for my next one to come. I love knowing that I’m properly hydrated in my pregnancy plus added vitamins and folic acid!! On top of that, it taste good too.

It was so timely that thirsty mama was launched when I just hit third trimester and was beginning to experience some leg cramps each time I unconsciously stretch during my sleep! On days that I take this, it really helped to prevent that! I’m lucky to not be adversed to plain water now but having this additional drink in a Stanley tumbler just helped me to clock even more hydration each day! I’m sure the taste would help in mummies trimester 1 - I also constantly craved for a cold sweet drink then but never had a healthy option. Looking forward to continuing with thirsty mama as I would want to attempt breastfeeding! Thank you for making this product!

I’m 1 year post partum & have been struggling with dehydration for months, drinking lots of water, teas & coffees nothing worked. I’m not a big fan of artificial drinks so trust me when I say Formi actually tastes so delish, no yucky artificial taste!! I love that they’re created for mamas, it’s difficult to maintain a balance in our bodies some days from the hormonal changes & being so busy you barely have time even for water. Formi is yummy, worked so well for my hydration levels & is also suitable for my 1 year old!! There’s nothing to not love about this. Thank you so much for having fellow mamas in mind :)

Delish! I bought it mainly for support while I was on meds that made me dehydrated. What I liked most apart form doing the job is that it didn't taste sugary or bitter like other products - it tasted clean and was tasty (dare i say juicy?). I don't have a picture becasue I just drank too quickly 😂

I’m honestly loving Formi! It’s such a clean and healthy electrolyte drink and it’s actually helped me drink way more water than usual. The flavours are so good, and Berry Blush is hands down my favourite ,super refreshing and not too sweet at all. Definitely a new daily go-to 💦✨

Formi has been a total game changer for me (i tried it during the last stretch of my pregnancy). I was dealing with nightly calf cramps, and after having one sachet a day for the past few days (plus some calf stretches before bed), I’m now completely cramp free. The hydration really works, and I can genuinely feel the difference.

A fun bonus is that my toddler, actually enjoys drinking it with me, so it’s become a sweet little night routine for us. It also tastes amazing mixed with sparkling soda water!

Not only is the packaging adorable, but the Berry Blush flavor is so good! It’s light, refreshing, and not too sweet. It feels like a little self-care ritual every time I mix one.

Hydration is something I struggle with, and this actually makes me want to drink more water. Clean ingredients, great taste, and it makes me feel energized.
